Fanta Dark Orange (2019)

Journeying back from an October day well spent at the TimeWarp Arcade , our party stopped by the nearby Bridgwater ASDA for supplies on the road trip home.

There in the entrance area was a large promotional display for a limited edition Halloween Fanta called Dark Orange. This Fanta was even given a really cool Werewolf mascot complete with orange slices for eyes! It looked the bees nees, or the Wolfman's Nards - whichever you prefer.

I grabbed a couple of bottles of this dark liquid fizz and took them home. One of these to preserve for photographing, scanning and immortalising. I regretably didn't capture any images of the store display.

5 Years later, I recovered the mini photoshoot for what has been a blog post 5 years in the making!

 

Rescuers Down Under Christmas Ornaments, McDonalds 1990

 
Happy Christmas in July! It's the first blog post in a while... Well, one of which from the drafts waiting to be published.

30+ years ago, The Rescuers movie got a sequel where Bernard and Bianca took thier heroics to Australia - and McDonalds joined in for a festive Happy Meal promotion.

I tracked this promotion down online and acquired an unopened set. These are pretty cool! They're a simple set of the movies main 2 characters as flocked figures in Christmas attire. Bernard and Bianca are in near scale to Sylvanian Families / Calico Critters toys but without the articulation.

These will be joining The Demogorgon, Soundwave, Ecto-1 and a whole host of other pop culture mess on our 'Holiday' tree when its up in November.

For those who have experienced enough worldwide house arrest!

Now, you and your comrades be it friends or family can click on the preview image and print off your very own NERF gun target - starring the villainous Boris Hogg! (be sure to have some Blu-Tac or Sellotape!)

Don't stop there. Maybe print off multiple copies for a papery clone army invasion or to hand out to others. Perhaps the pubs when reopened can decorate thier dartboards. We at Figured Out present to you the readers some jestful fun for in or outdoors.

Cap'n Crunch's HALLOWEEN CRUNCH

 

Halloween Edition Captain Crunch has won October breakfast time.

Not only is this cereal supposedly Vegan-friendly, it also turns the milk (or dairy alternative) into a murky green colour (eventually).
